MACHINE INNOVATIONS

SPRINT R9 – A New Class in Single-Head Embroidery

The SPRINT R9 sets new standards in single-head embroidery. As the first model in the SPRINT series featuring ZSK’s new R embroidery head, it combines high speed with precision – ideal for users who need to complete individual orders quickly at the highest quality.

  • Up to 1,700 stitches/minute – fast turnaround even on complex designs
  • 18 needles for maximum color and thread variety – less changeover time, more daily productivity
  • Extended embroidery depth of 360 mm in border frame mode – larger motifs without limitations
  • Seamless integration into existing digital workflows – from embroidery data import to automated production control

RACER COMPACT TWIN – Double Capacity, Minimal Footprint

With the RACER COMPACT TWIN, ZSK expands its proven RACER series with a model that delivers double embroidery capacity in minimal space. For those looking to maximize production area while increasing output, this is the ideal solution.

  • Two embroidery heads with 18 needles each – parallel production for double throughput at the same footprint
  • Transport width only 735 mm – fits through any standard interior door, installation depth only 1,000 mm
  • Up to 990 mm embroidery width in border frame mode with exact pattern repeat – ideal for continuous designs
  • 1,200 stitches/minute in all frame modes including cap embroidery
  • Automatic head shutoff controlled by stitch data – the heart of workflow automation for uninterrupted production

RACER II 4S & 6S – Multi-Head Performance

The RACER II 4S and 6S deliver high-performance multi-head embroidery at up to 1,400 rpm. With 18 needles and a compact head distance, they combine maximum output with precision and efficiency – the proven workhorses for serial production.

FROM ORDER TO EMBROIDERY IN MINUTES - WEB API

One of the most talked-about moments at our booth was the live WebAPI demonstration. In an industry facing skilled labor shortages, rising costs, and growing demand for speed and customization, automation is no longer optional.

ZSK's integrated, end-to-end solution connects your entire process — from digital order intake to the finished embroidered product. Orders are automatically converted into production-ready files, including instant PNG previews for approval, with all relevant data flowing directly into the machine — no manual intervention required.

The result: seamless workflows, fewer errors, higher output, and shorter time-to-market.

FOR INTERIOR SOLUTIONS AND TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS

Beyond traditional embroidery, we presented dedicated interior applications with a focus on embroidery and sewing on leather, including precise decorative and functional seams supported by optical positioning.

In addition, we showcased Tailored Fiber Placement (TFP) for multi-material applications, such as lightweight structures and drone manufacturing – technologies that are redefining what embroidery machines can do.
