HIGHLIGHTS AT JEC WORLD 
CarbonPath FEA Software for TFP
CarbonPath enables structural analysis for Tailored Fiber Placement (TFP). It allows realistic 3D load simulations without physically pressing the parts, accelerating development and design validation.
Up to 1,000 rpm
Due to a mechanical update, the W-Head for TFP is now specified for speeds up to 1,000 rpm. Take advantage of higher speeds to boost your production and increase output. 
Deflector for Material Cutter
The deflector for material cutter improves process stability when processing stiff materials. It safely guides the feed tubes past the cutter during Z-axis movements, ensuring smooth production.
Digital Tensioning
Digital tensioning is now available for fiber and yarn. Values are displayed in grams, enabling precise and reproducible tension settings.
